I started with four different possible questions
The four questions I started with before making my first choice as follows: Question one: Athletes should play angry to perform better, aggression boosts strength and intensity. Question two: Visualization alone can replace physical practice; mentally rehearsing movements is enough to improve them. Question three: Positive thinking alone improves performance; mental confidence automatically leads to better results. Question four: Motivation is key to success; athletes just need to want it more. My selection was question two: Visualization alone can replace physical practice, mentally rehearsing movements is enough to improve them is the claim. The question is, Can mentally rehearsing a physical task activate similar neural pathways and lead to measurable gains without physical movement?
