Training starts with attitude
you must be committed and go above and beyond the call of duty
You must be a good teacher and communicator
You are the thermostat for the weight room
Plan on working alot of hours to get your program right
The job takes energy, grind when you have to grind but rest as much as possible
Don't let your job become your idol
This is your ministry
Document everything, take good notes
Don't sacrifice technique and safety to chase numbers
Don't burn any bridges, always keep the door opened
Set goals for everything (daily and long term)
You got to network your own specialization
Don't sacrifice your marriage, kids, friends, health for the profession, Its not worth it. Bigger jobs are not always better.
